Love the atmosphere so fancy !!!!! The service is amazing, love the phone in the room for any emergency to not have to walk to the front. Audio are very clear when singing, great get together with friends and privacy amazing. Comfortable sitting, and huge space for dancing!

Threw a surprise birthday party for my friend and we had an absolute blast! The environment is awesome, the workers are super friendly and accommodated us so well. We all loved every second of it! Highly recommend if you love to sing with friends!

My first time doing karaoke and honestly, the best decision I did because the place it’s so nice. If you want to bring your friends and family. I highly recommend. The place is good quality everything good quality and the service was excellent.

Went here tonight for 2hrs with our group of 4. We bought a lot of drinks and food which came out to $310. Everyone inside was super friendly and helpful. It might seem expensive, but you're getting exactly what you're paying. The staff are very attentive and ready to help and the song choices are unlimited. You want Spanish songs you got it, you want new songs in English, it's there. Even the drinks they aren't going to give you watered-down. They are very generous with the alcohol and that shows based on how popular the location is and how many people come. You won't regret coming here. Best night we've had after a few years of being away from KTV.

We had so much fun here. Had a party with about 10 people for a birthday and we had the best time. everything was so easy to use and the staff was so helpful! we will definitely be back !!!!

Mr. Sung is not only warm and welcoming but extremely accommodating. The environment is clean, aesthetically pleasing as well as luxurious! The drinks are strong, the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. The music/song range is unlimited and the equipment is top tier. I couldn’t have been happier spending my birthday here!

They need more server with someone who speaks proper English. I couldn’t really communicate with the server. They had a heavy accent. The food is ok. The room was nice and spacious. Welcoming was warm and proper.
